How can you get to Heaven?
Grace….Heaven is a free gift.
“The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ Our Lord.”
(Romans 6:23)
Mankind….We are all sinners.
“God is love.” (I John 4:8)
While God loves you and does not want to punish anyone, He is a just and holy God
and therefore must punish sin.

Jesus Christ….Through the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross, God made a way
for you to be forgiven of all your sins. Through the glorious resurrection of Jesus, God
made a way for you to have eternal life.
Faith….The gift of eternal life is received by faith. Saving faith is not merely a head
knowledge of Jesus; it is rather you trusting in Jesus alone for your salvation.
So what must you do to be saved?
1. Realize that you are a sinner in the eyes of God:
... sin is disobedience against God. Sin is doing what is wrong as well as not doing what is right. It is breaking the Law of God (1 John 3:4)
Isaiah 53:6 "All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way: and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all."
Romans 3:23 "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
2. There is a price to pay for sin:
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
3. Jesus paid the price by dying on the Cross and shed His blood:
Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
I Timothy 1:15 "This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
4. By faith alone in Jesus Christ are we saved:
... Repent, or turn from a life of sin towards faith in Jesus. When one repents he turns away from sin and towards Jesus by faith.
Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God."
John 6:47 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life."
